This position will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sourcing professionals, supporting a specific co‑location Data Center Client. The manager will work directly with Sourcing & Procurement teams and leaders, Account Directors, Clients and Divisional leaders to manage expectations and team deliverables.

Build strong cross‑functional relationships to deliver immediate and sustained benefits to Clients. Bring strategic thought leadership to the team regarding sourcing and people management activities. Partner with internal operations teams such as JLL Facility Management and Project Management to drive benefits to the Client.

Partner with operations teams, providing management, detailed instruction and continuous follow‑up on RFP/contract processes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven track record of leading teams and influencing across the organization.

We welcome deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or those looking to apply their experience to a new industry. Near Term Deliverables Implement governance around the flow of contracts and sourcing projects from ideation to close out, leveraging JLL’s sourcing platform.

Deliver a matrix defining primary and secondary suppliers by category, including preferred and non‑preferred suppliers, geographic capabilities and quality.

Align on a contract brief template focusing on contract scope, diversity status, key performance indicators, service levels and fees; update source‑to‑contract processes to consistently populate, distribute and store briefs for reference.

Take contracts or scope of work renewals and expansions to market, using market data to renegotiate with incumbents for better terms and champion cross‑Client go‑to‑market or supplier‑management projects.

Build a supplier performance management and accountability program, including fee recoupment for poor performance, and integrate it with platform‑level initiatives. Assess and implement changes to optimize value delivery and compliance, empowering resources to execute the end‑to‑end process for their assigned subset.

Strategic Leadership Qualities Articulate a clear value proposition for the sourcing function and establish healthy relationships with internal and external clients. Segment contracts and sourcing projects into beginning, middle and end phases with measurable milestones.

Engage cross‑functionally to drive change, reporting against plan and identifying bottlenecks with proactive solutions. Provide impactful leadership in a collaborative environment. Ensure that the account meets KPIs and goals set by Sourcing & Procurement and the Client. Oversee compliance, controls, and develop innovative sourcing strategies.

Maintain contracting and procurement standards and procedures throughout the portfolio. Account Oversight and People Management Oversee annual sourcing plan development and implementation. Ensure sourcing technology tools are leveraged where applicable. Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.

Analyze data to make effective business decisions. Establish relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate Legal and Risk Management for contract compliance. Education and Experience 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services. People management experience.

Bachelor’s Degree – Business, Supply Chain Management preferred. MBA, a plus. CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred. Strategic mindset to develop roadmaps and translate into executable plans. Superior customer service, relationship building and follow‑up skills. Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications – Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

E‑procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer. Motivation to grow and perform in a high‑performance organization. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict timelines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Visa Sponsorship This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
