Responsibilities Own end-to-end process performance and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tower Serve as the primary business-facing partner for assigned functional leaders Own escalation accountability for P2P service gaps Govern the BPO vendor relationship for the P2P tower Lead daily and weekly operating cadence to manage invoice volumes, payment runs, capacity, throughput, and backlog Own SLA and KPI performance across P2P Forecast demand trends and align vendor staffing and capacity plans accordingly Ensure execution and documentation of process controls and audit requirements Build and prioritize continuous improvement pipeline including automation and simplification Partner with Process Excellence and Digital teams to deliver measurable productivity gains across P2P Requirements 12 or more years of professional experience of increasing responsibility and complexity in process operations or IT service delivery leadership roles 7 or more years of management experience Strong operational leadership with deep understanding of P2P processes Expertise in P2P KPI management, root cause analysis, and structured escalation frameworks Experience managing outsourced or hybrid retained-vendor delivery models Capacity planning and workforce optimization capability Experience managing outsourced service providers and SLA-based environments Demonstrated experience leading or partnering on automation, AI-enabled workflow, or intelligent process redesign initiatives Demonstrated track record of driving year-on-year productivity improvement Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
