As the Senior Director - Office of the Executive Director Medical Services, you will provide strategic leadership across medical workforce planning, governance and employment services for Metro South Health.
Working closely with executive leaders, you will drive initiatives that strengthen workforce sustainability, support safe clinical practice and influence the future direction of medical services.
