Provide guidance and support in the client’s development of comprehensive planning approaches and practices that connect strategic goals and objectives to implementation. Work within federal and state funding programs to optimize funding opportunities. Support and actively participate in key municipal finance initiatives within the organization.

Lead infrastructure financing efforts, with a focus on municipal utility finance. Analyze market trends through competitor research and deliver valuable insights into industry developments. Lead the development of strategies for funding and financing to support infrastructure.

Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs. Requirements Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure financing or a related relevant field.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, environmental engineering, environmental science, or a related field is required. Capable of researching, developing, and effectively communicating a client’s key business factors.

Experienced in workforce development, performance improvement, and organizational design. Strong in governance and policy development. Excellent facilitation and interview skills. Effective communicator, both in writing and speaking, with strong presentation abilities. Advanced expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and management.

Deep understanding of federal and state funding programs. Possess advanced technical writing skills, capable of clearly communicating technical information both in writing and orally to clients. Solid knowledge of municipal finance principles and practices. Advanced skills in competitor analysis and strategic market insights.
