- Lead global privacy and data protection strategy across priority markets, products, and customers.
- Serve as Trulioo's DPO for Europe, advising on GDPR and regulatory obligations.
- Represent Trulioo in privacy engagements with regulators and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mature the privacy program including PIAs, DPIAs, data subject rights, and vendor reviews.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to embed privacy by design into agile development.
- Lead privacy incident readiness and response, including breach assessment and regulatory notification.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or technology law.
- Extensive expertise in GDPR, US state privacy laws, and Canadian privacy laws.
- Experience advising on emerging identity technologies, AI, and biometrics.
