Lead global privacy and data protection strategy across priority markets, products, and customers. Serve as Trulioo's DPO for Europe, advising on GDPR and regulatory obligations. Represent Trulioo in privacy engagements with regulators and enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities:Mature the privacy program including PIAs, DPIAs, data subject rights, and vendor reviews. Partner with Product and Engineering to embed privacy by design into agile development. Lead privacy incident readiness and response, including breach assessment and regulatory notification. Qualifications:15+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or technology law. Extensive expertise in GDPR, US state privacy laws, and Canadian privacy laws. Experience advising on emerging identity technologies, AI, and biometrics.
