Together with internal teams like Growth and Media Buying, you’ll develop strategies, media plans and forecasts for our clients campaigns. You’ll work together in a team of other Digital Marketing Managers, collaborating towards the success of the campaign and sharing knowledge.

Join us as a (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager and be the one who drives cutting-edge digital campaigns, crafts smart media strategies, and shapes the future of performance marketing. You will be working in: Fluent English is essential. German is a big plus, and any additional language is a bonus. How you will make an impact: You’ll be responsible for the campaign lifecycle when it comes to digital activations across different channels (such as VOD, Online Video, Display, Paid Social).

Manage end-to-end campaign execution: planning, campaign set-up, optimization and reporting. Communicating and presenting confidently to clients strategies, report data and recommendations. Stay ahead of industry trends by testing new tools and partners.

Skills you need to be successful: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, at an agency, DSP/ad tech platform, or digital-first brand/start-up. +2 years of hands-on experience in Programmatic and Direct buying campaigns, ideally in Germany, and general knowledge of IO, PG, PMP buying methods.

Experience with CTV/OTT/VOD campaigns: main players, how to buy, KPIs, etc. Hands-on experience with at least one major DSP: The Trade Desk, DV360 or Amazon DSP. Extensive experience in media planning and executing campaigns first-hand across multiple channels.

Data driven with analytical skills, confident with Excel and visualization tools like Lookerstudio. Strong client facing and presentation skills. Understanding attribution and tracking methods, including campaign measurement tools and limitations.
