We seek a Design Strategy Director to lead our Product Strategy practice and grow the design systems practice, focusing on automotive ecosystems, multi‑product platforms and AI‑supported workflows. Responsibilities Lead the creation, evolution and governance of complex design systems across digital products, platforms, and ecosystems.
Establish scalable component architectures, token strategies, variables and documentation structures in Figma, ensuring consistency, maintainability and implementation readiness.
Introduce AI‑supported and agentic workflows into the design process, leveraging automation and emerging DesignOps practices to improve quality, efficiency and scalability. Contribute to automotive ecosystems, understanding the challenges of multi‑brand, multi‑platform and embedded digital experiences.
