Responsibilities Lead and inspire large, international engineering organizations (1,000+ professionals) Own and define end-to-end OSS architecture strategy within a telecom environment Drive cloud-native transformation using Kubernetes, microservices, and modern architectures Establish and scale CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE practices across the organization Partner with executive leadership to guide technical decision‑making and long‑term strategy Ensure operational excellence, scalability, and resilience of OSS platforms Influence innovation in areas such as AI‑driven OSS and automation Skills / Must Have Proven leadership of large‑scale, global teams (1,000+ employees) Deep expertise in end‑to‑end OSS architecture within the telecom industry Strong background in cloud‑native technologies (Kubernetes, microservices) Extensive experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE at enterprise scale Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent German and English (both required) Desirable Skills Experience with AI/ML‑driven OSS applications Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost governance frameworks Familiarity with telecom standards (TMF, 3GPP – including 5G/6G, ITU‑T) Salary €220,000 (Fixed €176,000 + Bonus €44,000) #J-18808-Ljbffr
