CIRO is seeking a highly capable Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to support the performance, reliability, and integrity of our Finance Systems and enterprise data ecosystem. This role strengthens operational resilience, supports complex Finance System integrations, and eliminates the current single point of failure within our DBA function.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize SQL Server databases supporting Finance Systems. Support Business Central, Adaptive Insights, MIS_CAM Engine, and related integrations. Maintain database encryption and secure connectivity standards. Support hybrid environments using Azure Arc, VNets, and Gateways.
Troubleshoot and maintain data pipelines and integration jobs. Execute DR/Backup/restore procedures. Support Power Platform-driven workflows. Implement secure configurations, encryption standards, and access policies. Ensure readiness for audits and compliance obligations. Automate tasks using PowerShell (preferred).
