Our AI Strategy team supports our customers in designing and implementing their data & AI strategy. We offer strategic consulting for medium-sized businesses and global corporations. We develop innovative data and AI solutions across all business areas and corporate functions.
We empower people at all levels of expertise with our data and AI education formats. In short: We support companies in all aspects of digital transformation – for over 10 years, in more than 1000 data and AI projects, and for over 100 clients from almost all industries.
Working closely with our clients, we take on a wide variety of strategic challenges, from the initial determination of the AI maturity level and the formulation of the data & AI strategy to the development and implementation of new operating models.
Your tasks You operate at the interface of business and technology and develop comprehensive data strategies, operating models, governance structures, and roadmaps that enable companies to operate in a data-driven manner You analyze the status quo, define a data vision as well as strategic goals, and derive concrete initiatives such as data products, use cases, or data capabilities You design data operating models including roles (e.g., Data Owners, Stewards), processes, and tools and support their implementation You desi
