You will be the orchestrator of client value, working at the intersection of analytics, underwriting expertise, and business strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive strategic sales across the EMEA market, leveraging Swiss Re's comprehensive portfolio of risk data products and services /li liLead end-to-end customer success initiatives, with particular focus on property and NatCat related use cases, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and expansion /li liFoster collaboration with Reinsurance Underwriting and Key Account management colleagues to align our solutions with client priorities and strategic objectives /li liDeliver structured onboarding and training programs, translating complex NatCat and property analytics into practical client workflows and decision frameworks /li liSpearhead renewals and expansion in partnership with Sales and Reinsurance account teams, contributing directly to Net Revenue Retention and long-term profitability /li liDevelop comprehensive Success Plans and lead Executive/Quarterly Business Reviews, connecting solution usage to measurable business outcomes. /li liAdvocate for client needs within RDS, channeling customer insights into product development, delivery improvements, and roadmap prioritization. /li liImplement data-driven approaches to customer health monitoring, leverage usage metrics, engagement indicators, and risk signals to proactively manage relationships /li /ul h3About Swiss Re Risk Data Solutions /h3 pRDS Insurance is a central pillar of our strategy, critical to the development of our core activities as well as developing new revenue streams for Swiss Re.

Your approach combines commercial instinct with analytical thinking, allowing you to translate complex risk concepts into tangible value for clients. /p ul liProven experience in Customer Success, Client Delivery, Consulting or Solutions Sales in data-driven or insurance-related environments /li liStrong exposure to property and/or natural catastrophe risk, underwriting, analytics, or related client use cases /li liDemonstrated ability to work effectively with Underwriting and Key Account Management teams in a reinsurance context /li liExperience managing senior client stakeholders and leading outcome-focused discussions /li liExperience with catastrophe modelling tools or risk analytics platforms /li liBackground in property underwriting, portfolio management, or related disciplines /li liExperience in solution-oriented sales or consultative client engagement models /li liAbility to navigate matrix organizations and influence without direct authority /li /ul pOur company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office two to three days per week on average. /p pFor Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 132'000 CHF and 198'000 CHF for a full-time role.
