You are the go-to person when it comes to getting more out of the platform. Personalization at Scale: You move us away from manual segment-building
toward fully automated, individually relevant communication - leveraging
data, AI, and behavioral triggers.
AI & Automation: You actively integrate AI tools into CRM workflows to
increase efficiency, relevance, and personalization depth across all
touchpoints. Transactional System Management: You own the technical maintenance,
monitoring, and optimization of our transactional systems to ensure critical
user communication is reliable and performant.
Scaling Experimentation: You design and run systematic A/B and multivariate
