Qualifications 4+ years in CRM and Marketing Automation, preferably in a fast‑paced B2C environment. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and Liquid templating.
Comfortable writing SQL for data extraction and segmentation. Data mindset: build, measure, iterate, and optimize based on results. Proven track record of integrating AI tools into communication. Fluent in English. Hands‑on Braze expertise is a must; technically fluent in the platform to unlock advanced capabilities.
