Experience developing and implementing customer lifecycle programs. Proficient with common CRM and marketing automation tools, ideally HubSpot. Strong analytical skills. Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of email marketing, retention marketing, and churn prevention.
Excellent communication skills and a structured working style. Ideally experience in the education sector or a comparable B2C or B2B environment. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working approach. Confident appearance and presence.
