TASKS * Independent credit analysis of structured and corporate financing transactions * Assessment of complex acquisition and leveraged finance structures * Review and validation of financial models, forecasts, and transaction assumptions * Preparation of comprehensive credit memoranda for senior credit committees * Assignment and ongoing monitoring of internal ratings and credit risk indicators * Continuous portfolio surveillance and proactive risk management * Contribution to the development
