Conduct risk discussions with insured parties, brokers and other stakeholder groups – on site, in‑house or via videoconference. Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash‑flow modeling, credit assessment and risk evaluation. Proficiency in handling private‑equity transactions, e.g. buy‑outs, refinancing and add‑ons.
