Responsibilities Own the full inbound sales cycle, guiding inbound leads through their production journey while confidently handling objections and positioning THE/STUDIO as the premier alternative to "cheap but risky" sourcing options. Manage a high‑volume pipeline in Pipedrive with precision, fast sales cadences, and flawless CRM hygiene.
Learn and apply industry expertise in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Design, and Product Development to challenge prospects and map high‑value solutions. Requirements 2–5 years of recent, quota‑carrying sales experience (Account Executive or consultative Inside Sales experience preferred).
High‑velocity experience handling high‑volume inbound leads in an SMB, tech, or service‑based environment. Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, including high‑energy video presence. High proficiency with CRM workflows (Pipedrive experience a huge plus) and managing quick, structured email sequences.
Creative instincts: interest in apparel, custom products, or manufacturing is a strong plus; collaboration with designers or basic Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a massive advantage. Remote infrastructure: laptop/desktop (8GB+ RAM), stable internet connection (10+ Mbps), quiet professional workspace for calls.
