To support our HQ Content Creation & Campaigns team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a full-time (40 hours) Senior Creative Manager (f/m/d)* Video with immediate effect. Collaboration with Photography and Art Direction teams to align motion, still imagery and design systems.

As a leading specialist in the field of video, you will have the opportunity to set the standards for video production, briefing frameworks, and production quality, managing and executing conception, production and post production from A-Z.

You will be responsible for Engel & Völkers’ global videography vision, establishing the visual language that defines how properties, lifestyle, and brand stories are captured in video across all markets.
Serve as the ultimate creative authority on all video output: concept, direction, editing standards, sound design, and final delivery, ensuring every frame reflects the premium positioning of the brand. Tasks that let you grow You will define and maintain the global video style guide , including cinematography, channel formats and much more.
You will create and manage all video E&V briefing standards while reviewing market output to ensure brand consistency . Leading the creative development and execution of all global hero and hub video campaigns , including overseeing concepts, scripts, storyboards, director briefs, and shot approvals.
Manage hands‑on post-production , including editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final quality control. You maintain relationships, agreements, with preferred production partners globally and advise various stakeholders in different markets to ensure a consistent brand execution.
Advise on video production budgets, timelines and post‑production capacity planning . Your skills, that inspire us You have extensive experience in luxury, architecture or lifestyle video as a director/cinematographer/editor or senior creative director, with a strong portfolio showcasing a refined, architecture‑driven luxury aesthetic.
Proven experience in establishing and enforcing motion standards across decentralised production environments. You possess comprehensive knowledge of the entire video production process : from pre‑production through on‑set direction to post‑production.
Expert‑level proficiency in camera systems, lighting for interior and exterior, industry‑standard editing and post‑production software , complemented by practical experience in using audio tools and asset/media management systems .
Hands‑on experience with current AI video tools across the entire production pipeline, e.g.: Runway, Veo, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude etc. You can effectively evaluate and manage AI tools in a premium brand context.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ; German or a second European language is a strong advantage.
