ph3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport Board and committee meetings by preparing materials, drafting minutes, managing formalities and shareholder liaisons. /li liAdvise on corporate governance across the Group, while supporting legal entity matters, including set‑up, acquisitions and reorganisations. /li liReview and maintain governance documents by developing policies, templates and processes, including signature authority. /li liDrive governance projects and improve workflows, including the use of AI tools. /li liMaintain documentation and ensure proper archiving, while also preparing memos, presentations and delivering training to stakeholders. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liHave at least 5 years of corporate governance experience in Switzerland. /li liExperience in establishing standards and processes across a group of legal entities incorporated in different jurisdictions. /li liWrite clearly, work in a structured way, and turn complex topics into practical solutions. /li liRecognised as a team player with strong collaborative skills, an eye for details and pragmatism. /li liConfident using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and comfortable working with AI tools. /li liEager to continuously learn and develop welcome feedback and guidance. /li liFluent in English and German. /li /ul pIf you have any questions, bcheck out our /b or call Mateusz Kozielec at .
