The Role You generate original copy, know how to articulate and present your ideas expertly, and actively increase the quality of work in all the project teams you’re a part of. You are the lead author of copy on projects, building on and helping to shape ideas and direction with the team and clients.

You are a confident and articulate presenter, able to communicate successfully with internal teams and clients. We deploy a monthly ‘employee wellness’ benefits package via Givve of €50 per month.

We encourage autonomy in each member of our team, allowing them to manage their own time, hours and personal commitments appropriately to complete work. #J-18808-Ljbffr You have plenty of experience and have worked with a wide range of brands, sharpening strategy, clarifying creative, and creating tone of voices from scratch and seeing it through to brand guidelines.

You ensure error-free work and are able to prepare compelling decks, shaping the narrative and structure. You are a self‑starter who works with minimal oversight, capable of giving feedback and supporting others. You are passionate about tone of voice and able to engage in and facilitate discussion and analysis with clients and collaborators.

You demonstrate ownership of your role and can both take and act on feedback from your manager to progress within it and beyond. You have a strong awareness of the time required to complete strategic tasks, and you manage your own time, calendar and meetings effectively.

You have a willingness to work in person in our Berlin studio, be an active part of our studio’s culture and are open to travel globally, from Stuttgart to San Francisco. You have a great understanding of Figjam, Pitch and Notion.

Our Responsibilities We will ensure you have meaningful and regular access to your manager to support your personal development and career trajectory. We will actively reward performance with promotions, pay increases and a discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% of salary to all employees.

We will actively encourage you to take 25 days holiday yearly, in addition to German bank holidays (on average 10), one additional holiday day per year (capped at 5 additional days), and a studio closure between Christmas and New Year.

We offer access to YCN and fund relevant training opportunities to any employee looking to develop themselves and their career. We reward five years of service with €5,000 and five days holiday.

We reward ten years of service with €10,000 and four weeks holiday. We will give you the opportunity to work from any of the five Koto studios globally, with appropriate planning and application.
