About The Role The Senior Coordinator – Revenue Operations (m/w/d) is an integral part of Latham’s Revenue Operations team.
Communicate with customers to ensure that their requests from the billing staff are being met, update customers on status of tasks and/or projects, and liaise with global Billing teams to provide local level logistical and technical support. Liaise with eBilling team to ensure corrective action is in place for future submissions.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment with a customer‑service focus.

The role will coordinate and perform all activities related to the billing process, provide follow‑up support to billing attorneys, Attorney Support, practice office staff, and clients in all aspects related to billing, and prepare and analyse complex client billing, ensuring that all client guidelines, internal protocol, and firm guidelines are followed and enforced.
The role will be located in our Frankfurt office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in‑office presence.
Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between billing attorneys, Attorney Support, Revenue Operations, and clients’ staff, providing expert level subject matter support and responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
Liaise with local Finance Committee members in support of Finance Committee objectives; prepare for and participate in quarterly Finance Committee calls and facilitate any actionable next steps resulting from calls.
Generate and review pro‑formas from Elite 3E (pre‑existing or generate new charges) and provide project analyses as directed, using the 3E system for various reports.
Qualifications Well‑developed and professional interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact with people at all organisational levels. Previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment, including exposure to billing and collections, VAT and disbursements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, preferably. Latham & Watkins is an equal‑opportunity employer.
