Reporting to the Plant Manager and Finance Manager, the successful candidate will provide financial control to the plant, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong cost control, effective budgeting and forecasting, and strong business partnering with operational leaders.
The Senior Plant Controller will play a key role in driving profitability, improving operational performance, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and accounting standards. Manage budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and closing processes.
