Key Responsibilities: Lead financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities in close collaboration with departments such as Engineering, Chartering and Crewing Prepare monthly shareholder reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts Manage liquidity planning and cash flow monitoring Drive process optimization and automation in controlling and reporting Support month-end and year-end closings in collaboration with accounting Prepare financial models, analyses, and presentations for management and shareholder meetings Project management Conduct ad-hoc analyses and profitability assessments for special projects Act as a financial sparring partner for internal stakeholders and external partners Qualifications: Degree in economics, finance, or controlling (or comparable qualification) 4–6 years of experience in finance, controlling, or audit/tax consulting Ideally experienced in the international shipping industry Strong analytical skills and high numerical affinity Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft 365) Fluent in English and German Our Commitment: Flexible working hours and home office options.
