Senior Content Engineer – Upsun (formerly Platform.sh)
Remote position available for candidates in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, or the United States. The platform integrates AI agents for code writing and testing, allowing engineers to focus on solving complex problems.
Responsibilities Design and build Claude skills, MCP integrations, and automated pipelines that transform internal knowledge into publication‑ready documentation with minimal manual intervention. Act as the final reviewer for content produced by AI‑assisted workflows and engineers, maintaining a high bar for technical accuracy and polish.
Define content structures and metadata standards to ensure documentation is agent‑consumable and machine‑parseable. Train and support engineers and product managers to document their own features using the tools and frameworks you create.
Build automated loops that identify content gaps and outdated documentation, using metrics to track quality and satisfaction. Work with Developer Advocates to refine tutorials, blog posts, and SDK documentation for high‑visibilit
