What you will do You will independently manage multiple customer projects with international top-tier manufacturing companies and take ownership of converting them from pilot engagements into long-term SaaS partnerships.

You will: Take end-to-end ownership of customer projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, staying close to key stakeholders and ensuring that project objectives are met, enabling customers to continuously use the ONIQ software Own the customer relationship throughout the entire customer journey - from first touchpoints through the pilot phase to roll-out and live operation Draw on your in-depth expertise in production processes and Lean Manufacturing, combined with a clear understanding of the customer’s pain points to identify how the ONIQ software can become a major value driver for the customer Contribute to ONIQ’s product strategy by actively gathering customer feedback and requirements ensuring our solution remains responsive to customer needs and market trends What we expect from you Entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to take ownership, move things forward and help shape a fast-growing industrial tech company Genuine drive to create visible impact in manufacturing and to help industrial companies work more efficiently, sustainably and intelligently Hands‑on, pragmatic working style and the ability to make progress in a fast‑moving, agile environment where priorities can evolve and not every path is predefined Strong customer focus and the ambition to create measurable value for both our customers and ONIQ Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and work confidently with different stakeholders, from operational teams to senior decision‑makers Clear, confident communication style and the ability to explain complex topics in a practical, customer‑oriented way Ability to quickly understand customer challenges in production and translate them into clear, value‑creating use cases Relevant experience in production management, lean manufacturing, operational excellence, industrial engineering, operations consulting, or a similar production‑related environment Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field Excellent language skills in English and German (C1 level) Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops or industry events, typically around 2-4 on‑site meetings per month Motivation to spend time with the team in person.

You will ensure the successful implementation of the ONIQ software and demonstrate its long-term impact by highlighting its strategic importance and embedding it into day-to-day operations – helping our customers build future-proof, lean and sustainable manufacturing operations.

You will work cross-functionally within ONIQ to maximize customer impact and play a key part in ONIQ’s overall success.
