ph3Job Description /h3 pIf you are passionate about infrastructure, consulting and helping clients make better long term investment decisions, we invite you to take on responsibility with us as: /p pbYOUR TASKS: /b /p ul liLead individual project workstreams and independently structure analyses, approaches and client deliverables /li liPrepare and deliver high-quality client presentations, management reports, workshops and executive decision-making materials /li liSupport the preparation of proposals, tenders, business cases and commercial opportunities across rail, energy and critical infrastructure sectors /li liConduct strategic and technical analyses related to infrastructure asset management, maintenance strategies, renewal planning and investment prioritisation /li liApply AFRY asset‑management methodologies, frameworks and digital tools within client organisations /li liFacilitate client workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions, translating client requirements into actionable solutions /li liTranslate complex technical, operational and analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior management and decision-makers /li liContribute to the development of our asset‑management software suite and digital solutions by identifying client needs and supporting implementation activities /li liSupport quantitative modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis related to asset condition, resilience, lifecycle costs and investment planning /li liCoach and support junior consultants and analysts as part of project delivery teams /li liBuild trusted relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of AFRY’s Asset Management Systems business /li /ul pYou will have the opportunity to join AFRY trainee events and learning programmes across Europe and Scandinavia and collaborate with colleagues from multiple countries.

In the short term, you will work on projects across Europe, in the long term, you will have the opportunity to work on international projects. /p pbYOUR PROFILE: /b /p ul liUniversity degree in engineering, economics, business administration, applied mathematics, data science, physics, computer science or a related discipline /li li4–8 years of professional experience in management consulting, infrastructure, asset management, engineering, analytics or related industries /li liExperience preparing and delivering client presentations, leading workshops and developing proposals and strategic recommendations /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics and communicate them clearly /li liExperience managing workstreams and coordinating stakeholders in multidisciplinary project environments /li liUnderstanding of infrastructure sectors such as rail, energy, utilities or other asset-intensive industries /li liKnowledge of asset management, lifecycle planning, maintenance strategies or infrastructure investment decision-making /li liExperience with data analysis, quantitative modelling or digital solutions is advantageous /li liFamiliarity with asset-management frameworks and standards such as ISO 55000 is advantageous /li liBusiness development experience, including proposal writing, tender support and client engagement, is highly desirable /li liStrong communication and presentation skills with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders /li liFluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage /li liOpen, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset with willingness to travel when required /li /ul pbYOUR OPPORTUNITIES: /b /p ul liWork at leading infrastructure asset management, combining consulting, digital solutions and domain expertise /li liTake ownership of client-facing workstreams with significant responsibility and visibility /li liContribute to strategic projects across rail, energy and critical infrastructure sectors throughout Europe /li liCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, engineers, software developers and data scientists /li liShape the development of innovative asset‑management methodologies and digital solutions /li liJoin a dynamic, international and fast-growing team with strong growth ambitions and a clear mandate for sustainability and value creation /li /ul pbPosition: /b Senior Consultant – Asset Management Systems (m/f/d) – Zürich/Basel (100%) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
