Job Description You are the key point of contact for questions relating to Swiss and cross‑border regulatory requirements, in particular FinSA, MiFID and CRD VI. You are the first point of contact for the regulatory matters of the Lugano branch. You support and implement regulatory projects in Swiss and European financial market law.
You handle enquiries and assessments in connection with (cross‑border) product distribution. Qualifications Hold a degree in Law; admission to the Swiss Bar is an advantage. Have several years of professional experience in Regulatory Compliance within (Private) Banking. Fluent in German, Italian, and English, both written and spoken.
Experience with standard banking IT applications is desirable. Strong analytical skills, an independent and precise way of working, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
