You design and implement modern variable compensation programs (STI / LTI) and other reward programs and ensure their continuous improvement. You continuously review and improve compensation and benefits processes to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business impact.

Your Profile University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or a comparable field Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, within large international organizations or complex structures.

Strong expertise in job evaluation, grading structures, and modern compensation models Proven experience in managing complex salary review processes and designing variable compensation systems (STI / LTI) Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU Pay Transparency, CSRD) Experience in managing complex Compensation & Benefits projects.

In your varied role, you will support more than 10,000 colleagues across 80 locations.

You perform in-depth compensation data analyses and steer both internal and external benchmarking to ensure transparency and market competitiveness. You design and manage the annual salary budget and salary review process, working closely with HR, Finance, and top management.

You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CSRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive) and integrate them effectively into HR processes. As a strategic sparring partner, you advise HR Business Partners and senior leaders at eye level and contribute your expertise to global HR initiatives.

Strong analytical skills combined with high attention to detail, confident handling of compensation data and benchmarking tools and results-oriented mindset. Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. Fluent English, both written and spoken.

German language skills are an advantage.
