Responsibilities Own and evolve the existing marketing strategy, developing it further in line with company growth and product direction Lead brand management across all channels — ensuring a consistent, professional, and compelling presence in the SaaS space for banks Create and maintain high-quality pitch decks, sales collateral, and presentation materials that support the sales team in closing deals Partner closely with the sales and business development teams to align messaging, campaigns, and materials with pipeline needs Collaborate directly with senior management and cross-functional leaders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities Plan and execute demand generation and content initiatives tailored to B2B SaaS audiences Track and report on marketing performance, using data to refine and improve activities continuously Manage external agencies and vendors as needed Profile 5–8 years of experience in marketing, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or B2B financial services Strong background in brand management and corporate communications Proven experience creating sales enablement materials – pitch decks, one-pagers, presentations – that resonate with enterprise buyers Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach; comfortable both setting direction and executing Excellent written and verbal communication
