Then join our Group Communications team and play a key role in shaping how UNIQA communicates about AI and the related transformation.

What you can expect Lead communication responsibility for the AI topic and related transformation processes – across the Group and in Austria Further development, consistent implementation, and ensuring uniform application of existing narratives and communication guidelines across countries, channels, and formats Conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated communication measures Translating complex topics into clear, understandable, and engaging communication Managing campaigns, events, and leadership formats Creating content for internal and external channels (intranet, social media, events, media relations, etc.) Close collaboration with international stakeholders and cross‑functional alignment Advising senior management and preparing decision‑making materials What you bring More than 5 years of experience in communications in an international environment; experience in a corporate setting is an advantage Proven experience in change and transformation communication Strong conceptual thinking and a well‑developed strategic mindset Excellent project management skills and strong execution capabilities Experience in planning and delivering integrated communications, including events and leadership formats Excellent German and English language skills What sets you apart Strong initiative, proactive working style, and a clear drive to shape and create Hands‑on mentality combined with high quality standards Ability to quickly understand complex topics and manage them in a structured way Confidence in dealing with different perspectives and stakeholders at various levels Innovative mindset, future orientation, and willingness to contribute new ideas Strong team orientation and commitment to achieving shared goals #J-18808-Ljbffr Are you passionate about new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and understand how to communicate change within an organization in an effective and motivating way?
