Senior Public Relations SpecialistAs part of the development of its services, the company Crans-Montana Food and Beverage SA is looking for:Senior Public Relations Specialist at 100%, permanent contractMISSIONS:- Act as a spokesperson for the Crans-Montana ski resorts and as needed- Manage external communications for the resorts, including crisis management and sensitive issues, in a timely manner and minimizing risks- Develop a proactive communications and media plan to promote the resorts to customers and obtain broad and targeted coverage- Develop and execute thoughtful and impactful media strategies- Evaluate, manage, and execute the hosting of media and influencers at the resorts, including itinerary planning, editorial angle design, on-site hosting, and the creation of moments to obtain coverage- Create media tools, including press releases, fact sheets, talking points, scripts, and media coverage tracking- Build and maintain essential relationships with general managers and resort leadership teams, serve as a key resource for them, and develop messaging that supports their internal and external goals- Use strong writing skills to bring the resort brand to life across a variety of channels and media- Be on the front line in managing issues and addressing the needs of various stakeholders- Oversee all resort social media channels by leading a team to develop a content production calendar, produce and share authentic and engaging content, and conduct effective community management- Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and deliverables- Manage resort communications budgets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across the region- Lead the Crans-Montana communications team, creating a positive and proactive work environment- Work closely with the communications team and the entire Vail Resorts team, as well as resort marketing, to ensure effective implementation of strategiesPROFILE:- Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, or marketing- More than 7 years of experience in an external communications or public relations role- On-site presence required at the Crans-Montana ski resort, especially during the ski and riding season- Strong leader and manager, driven by the desire to develop talent- Excellent writer capable of drafting nuanced content on a variety of topics- Develops thoughtful and innovative ideas- Capable of seamlessly executing multiple overlapping projects at once- Autonomous person capable of making decisions despite a sometimes uncertain context and adapting their strategy in response to new information- Gets things done and demonstrates an ability to create the necessary momentum- Experience with all forms of external communication channels, particularly media and social networks- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to work with people from various cultures and fields- Possesses a strong team spirit and is oriented toward collective success- Travel may be required- Language proficiency: English and FrenchOFFER:- An exceptional environment- Social benefits of a large company- Varied work within a prestigious resortOUR BENEFITS:- Ski pass provided on-site (value included in salary and subject to social charges)- Ski equipment rental- Possibility to join the CMA Amicale- Discounts in several establishments in the region (restaurants, wellness center, etc.)- Parking- Jubilee bonus every 5 years- Start date immediately or to be agreed uponIf you are looking for an exciting new professional challenge, please send us your complete application file (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates) via email.Deadline: July 31 jidd6a08b9aen jit0730aen jpiy26aen
