Proven leadership experience managing performance-driven sales or operations teams with clear targets and measurable KPIs. Zur Position As Senior Commercial Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize end-to-end commercial processes across wholesale, auction, and fulfillment operations.

This is a strategic role that combines operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to maximize revenue, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless cross-border business execution. Warum 2trde?

From cross-border transactions to document handling, payment processing, and logistics, we ensure our clients can focus on growth while we manage the operational complexities.

We’re looking for a results-driven leader to elevate our commercial operations and drive performance across our sales and fulfillment ecosystem. Develop and implement strategies to optimize CRM systems, auction platforms, and fulfillment workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, performance reporting, and KPI tracking. Drive accountability with clear KPIs, regular performance reviews, and a balance between achieving results and maintaining data accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction, and scale business processes.

Mentor and guide sales and operations staff, fostering a culture focused on measurable outcomes, process consistency, and transparent reporting. Anforderungen 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or business operations, preferably in fulfillment-heavy businesses.

Advanced analytical skills; proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools. Practical leader with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement efficient processes. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
