About this Position What you´ll do Develop and execute the Pan-European Selective Retail strategyacross key retail partners and markets Drive commercial growth, assortment strategy, launches, andomnichannel activation across the selective retail channel Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 direct reports, fostering highperformance, capability building, and succession planning Own and steer business performance, including P&Lresponsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and financial target delivery Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers,including Sephora and other selective retail accounts Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, SupplyChain, and Operations to ensure successful execution and business growth Identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and implementcorrective actions to achieve commercial and profitability targets What makes you a good fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,Marketing, or a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management,Selective Retail, preferably in the Beauty industry Passion for Selective Retail with a strong understanding of premiumbeauty distribution and customer dynamics Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managingstrategic customer relationships Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management,forecasting, and business planning Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading anddeveloping high-performing teams Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPointand Excel Fluent English skills, both written and spoken This role involves approximately 10–15% business travel across Europe.
