Operations Engineer, Senior Responsibilities
- Act as the first responder for production incidents and exceptions, ensuring quick triage and resolution of critical issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to improve observability, logging, and alerting across the application stack.
- Handle deployment and configuration of the ACB solution in production environments.
- Monitor the functionality and performance of the ACB solution and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Create and maintain operational playbooks and SOPs for recurring tasks and incident handling.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies , including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and DevOps activities.
- Mentor junior engineers , providing guidance and support to help them grow.
- Work closely with global teams and stakeholders across time zones to ensure seamless operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and operating enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges .
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools – Azure DevOps preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server .
- Experience in deploying and managing cloud‑native applications using AWS services .
- Exposure to the telecom billing domain is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer support skills .
- Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation and handle production support.
