You will take full ownership of these accounts, ensuring client satisfaction throughout their lifecycle and building lasting connections to identify how our services can add real value. /p pYou will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and partners, and use the company's sales tools and methodologies to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
As the main point of contact, you will maintain open and effective communication channels, fostering strong business relationships. /p pBeyond meeting quotas, you will identify current needs and articulate how we can meet them, driving demand and encouraging clients to explore additional services to nurture revenue growth.
You will also develop governance and compliance policies to manage risk and ensure financial governance and compliance within your specialization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManages and grows relationships to drive land, expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts in segment 3. /li liPursues leads identified by aligned Lead Generation/Business development representatives. /li liMinimizes churn and maximizes retention in assigned accounts. /li liDrives client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process. /li liGenerates demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and then effectively articulate how the company can add value through its services and solutions. /li liInfluences and works closely with vendors/partners to achieve required results. /li liUses company sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast. /li liDevelops open and effective channels of communication in with each client within the assigned account. /li liEncourages revenue growth by inspiring clients to additional services. /li liBecomes the reliable point of contact for clients that is required to establish a strong business relationship. /li liTakes ownership of a range of accounts within the assigned segments. /li liDetermines the best solution requirements for each client that can be deployed by other departments. /li liBuilds enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities for the organization. /li liDevelops and/or aligns governance and compliance policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability. /li liMonitors and controls financial governance and compliance throughout an area of specialization in order to manage financial cost. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Attributes /h3 ul liSales business acumen.
