Responsibilities Independently manage and develop FMCG categories in e-commerce/Amazon Identify relevant products, brands and assortment opportunities Decide on the inclusion of new items in the portfolio List new products in the system and maintain relevant product and assortment data Conduct terms and contract negotiations with manufacturers, brands and suppliers Responsible for operational ordering and ensuring product availability Analyze sales, margin, sell-through, competition, pricing and assortment performance Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities Manage collaboration with manufacturers, brands and suppliers Requirements Experience in purchasing, category management, product management, assortment management or a comparable commercial role, ideally in the FMCG or e-commerce environment Understanding of how FMCG assortments are evaluated, listed, ordered and managed in online retail Strong sense for products, brands, trends, pricing, customer needs and commercial potential Confident with numbers and able to derive clear decisions from sales, margin, pricing and performance data Structured, thorough and results-oriented working style, including handling operational tasks such as listings, ordering and data maintenance Clear communication and teamwork with suppliers and internal stakeholders, plus initiative Very good German and English skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
