strategies across selected indirect and technical categories, with a particular focus on outsourcing and subcontracting /li liLead supplier negotiations and selection processes in alignment with CAPEX and MRO objectives /li liCollaborate with engineering, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure continuity, compliance, and cost control /li liAnalyze spend data, monitor supplier performance, and support cost-saving initiatives across procurement operations /li liContribute to the development of procurement policy, category frameworks, and vendor governance models /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Procurement, ideally within aerospace, manufacturing, or technical services /li liProven track record in category management, with experience in boutsourcing, subcontracting /b, or bthird-party service procurement /b /li liStrong negotiation and stakeholder management
