As part of the Operations Execution team, you will contribute to driving projects that optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and order fulfillment processes, helping to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency for downstream supply chain.

Your Role at Intersnack Execute project tasks independently, including process mapping, data analysis, and solution design, under minimal supervision Support the implementation of Business Transformation’s methodologies and tools in collaboration with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners Contribute to the development of project plans, functional specifications, and change‑management activities Actively participate in knowledge‑sharing and training projects to build team capabilities Adhere to Business Transformation’s standards for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication Job Requirements Your profile University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field Some professional experience and familiarity with project management, business analysis, or consulting Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and project requirements Collaborative and client‑focused mindset Experience with project documentation and reporting tools Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations What we will offer An enjoyable, broad and fulfilling role with one of Europe’s biggest savory snacks producers.
