Lead architecture, workshops, pre‑sales, mentoring, and ensure sustainable, secure end‑to‑end solutions.
Responsibilities • Design end‑to‑end solutions; integrate AI features (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, predictive analytics, automation). • Ensure architecture decisions are sustainable, scalable, and future‑proof. • Support clients through the entire project lifecycle and facilitate workshops. • Develop service strategies that transform customer processes. • Contribute to Microsoft competency development and mentor colleagues. • Drive pre‑sales activities, proposal creation, and solution design. • Act as catalyst for new technology and AI trends in the service domain.
