(Senior) Business Development Representative - NORDICS & BALTICS (all genders) 3 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants As our Business Development Representative - NORDICS & BALTICS (all gender), you will play a key role in driving Hubject's growth in one of our most strategic markets.
Responsibilities Proactively identify and research potential clients across the NORDICS & BALTICS, with a focus on CPOs, EMPs, and automotive & EVSE OEMs. Build relationships with key stakeholders to create awareness and interest in Hubject’s eMo-bility solutions. Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Executives to hand over qualified leads.
Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, contacts and opportunities in the CRM and deliver regular reports on pipeline health and performance.
Represent Hubject professionally at virtual and in-person industry events, helping to expand our network and strengthen brand visibility. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business/market development, or lead generation management, ideally within eMobility or SaaS sectors.
Solid understanding of the Scandinavian and Baltic business landscape and cultural nuances. Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and creating qualified sales opportunities. Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills - you know how to build rapport and spark interest through a consultative approach.
A proactive and sales-driven mindset, combined with a structured and goal-oriented working style. Genuine enthusiasm for eMobility, sustainability, and technology-driven innovation. Language Requirements Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish is an advantage.
