How you’ll be hosting with heart:
Act as a trusted advisor to Product, Business, and Leadership , proactively identifying opportunities where data can drive growth and better decisions
Define and own core business and product KPIs , ensuring consistent definitions across the organization
Lead complex analytics projects end-to-end : from problem framing to data modeling, analysis, and stakeholder communication
Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches and scalable data solutions
Design and build scalable data models and high-quality dashboards to enable self-service analytics
Deep dive into product and business performance (funnels, KPIs, cohorts) to generate actionable insights
Build and optimize advanced SQL queries and data pipelines (e.g., in BigQuery or similar DWs)
Partner closely with Data Engineering on data architecture, data quality, and performance optimization
Drive improvements in data governance, quality, and metric consistency across teams
Evaluate and introduce next-generation BI and analytics solutions (e.g., AI/LLM-based tools)
