ppVector8 is growing and we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Data AI who combines analytical precision, client leadership, and technical depth.
You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and SMEs, and technical teams, translating the complex needs of businesses and their customers, into tangible, value led outcomes with data and AI at the core of the solution. /p h3Job Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering within a tech-enabled environment (Consulting experience is a strong plus). /li liSolid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban /SAFe); certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus. /li liFormal BA certification (e.g., IREB, CBAP, or CCBA) is highly desirable. /li liStrong communicationskills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa. /li liTechnical Literacy: Ability to read data models, understand API specifications, and perform basic data querying. /li liFluent in German and English; French is a

at the heart of requirements working closely with UX and taking part in UR, when relevant. /li liBridge Business Tech: Act as the primary translator between business stakeholders and data scientists/engineers, ensuring technical deliverables match business intent. /li liSolution Shaping: Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to define solution designs, focusing on user needs, feasibility, suitability all while balancing costs with the expected benefit. /li liData Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis and data profiling to assess quality and feasibility before development begins. /li liBacklog and Scope Management: Own the product backlog in agile setups; write high quality, comprehensive user stories and manage prioritization.
Control scope and negotiate as needed to protect delivery. /li liTesting Validation: Support the QA phase by validating model results against business metrics and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
