Senior Business Analyst
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (Onsite – Mon- Fri)
Contract: 1 Year + Possible Extension
Overview
We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analyst(s) to support business transformation and digital modernization initiatives within a public sector environment.
The successful candidate(s) will work closely with project managers, business SMEs, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to analyze business needs, document requirements, support solution delivery, and prepare organizations for change. Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design, integration, testing, and implementation.
Develop As‑Is and To‑Be business process/workflow models, use cases, user stories, and business rules. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions. Translate business requirements into solution and testing requirements. Support UAT planning, test script creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Create business cases, feasibility studies, RFP/RFI documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials. Conduct organizational readiness and change management activities. Deliver presentations and training for technical and non‑technical audiences. Act as liaison between busi
