Our Brand & Creative team sits at the center of that growth. Participate in the creative exploration phase of projects: research references, generate options, and help shape recommendations presented to the Head of Brand and Team Lead Design. Create and adapt templates and components in Figma for team-wide use.

Work alongside the team to ensure brand systems translate effectively into performance assets, CRM layouts, and digital experiences. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and offering constructive input. Review own work for creative quality, brand consistency, and system adherence before it reaches the Team Lead Design for review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Team Lead Design and Head of Brand to align on creative direction. Collaborate with social media, CRM, and performance marketing teams to understand channel needs while maintaining creative quality.

Partner with supply chain, product development, and retail teams on packaging and print-related projects. Contribute to a collaborative design culture, sharing references, insights, and inspiration with the wider brand team.

Your profile Experience & Expertise 3-5+ years of experience as a brand designer, graphic designer, or visual designer, in an in-house brand team, creative agency, or studio environment. A strong foundation: Become part of our competent and collegial Brand & Creative team.

Your mission Creative Direction & Brand Building Contribute to creative direction for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments across Pomélo+Co and SHYNE. Translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts, moodboards, and creative territories.

Help build and develop graphic systems: typography, color palettes, layout principles, and graphic devices. Learn to articulate the reasoning behind creative choices, connecting design decisions to brand positioning and audience.

Design Systems & Execution Design within and contribute to scalable design systems applied across all brand touchpoints: social, CRM, e-commerce, retail, packaging, and offline activations. Ensure design consistency across campaigns and channels, following established brand guidelines.

Campaign Development & Ownership Own the creative output for designated campaigns from concept to final delivery, with guidance and support from the Design Lead. Design hero assets, key visuals, and campaign toolkits under creative direction.

Print, Packaging & Offline Brand Activation Support the maintenance and update of product packaging artwork across brands, following established guidelines and templates. No deep technical expertise required, but attention to detail is essential.

Contribute to the concept and design of offline brand activations: retail displays, pop-up spaces, influencer events, OOH campaigns, and other physical brand moments. Execute print-ready designs from concept through to final artwork, ensuring quality and brand consistency at every stage.

Manage adaptation of existing artwork for new product variants, markets, or regulatory updates. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, campaign development, and visual identity work, ideally for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Solid ability to work within visual systems: typography, color, layout, and graphic language.

Experience contributing to the creative process: gathering references, generating options, and helping shape recommendations. Experience designing for multiple channels (social, CRM, e-commerce) while maintaining brand consistency. Technical Skills Strong Figma skills: components, auto-layout, design system documentation, prototyping.

Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar) for social and campaign content. Experience with generative AI tools for creative exploration (Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, or similar) is a strong plus.

Mindset & Soft Skills A strong creative eye with a passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle aesthetics. Willingness to learn to filter, prioritize, and make clear creative recommendations. Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback from the Design Lead and Head of Brand.

Proactive, organized, and able to manage projects with appropriate guidance. Collaborative and open to direction, with the ability to adapt while maintaining creative quality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and campaigns. Language English (at least C1) required. German, French, or Italian is a plus.
