We are currently seeking an exceptional Global Senior Benefits Administrator here at Incora. The Global Senior Benefits Administrator is a key member of the Total Rewards team responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of employee benefits across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on benefits operations expert who thrives in complex, multi‑country environments and is highly proficient in HRIS/benefits administration platforms. This role significantly impacts the employee experience by serving as a trusted global resource for benefits guidance, compliance, and care.
