You’ll be working with customers and your team to design and deliver technical solutions – whether it’s scripting, automation, migrating data between systems, or integrating Atlassian with other enterprise tools.

Your key responsibilities will include Working hands‑on with customers to design, implement, and customize Atlassian products Developing technical solutions for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools Leading and contributing to complex DC to Cloud migrations for the Atlassian products and Apps Leading and contributing to complex Atlassian‑based ITSM solutions Working alongside a team of experienced Atlassian professionals to solve real technical problems Providing technical guidance and mentoring for both customers and teammates Who we are looking for You will make a great match for this role if you have: Deep practical experience with Atlassian technologies across Data Center and Cloud Track record of successfully delivering on‑prem to cloud migrations Confident working with Agile methodologies and ITSM frameworks Experience within a consultancy/ working face‑to‑face with clients Fluent German and English skills Desired skills and qualifications It would be an added bonus if you have: An understanding of integrations and APIs (e.g., REST, webhooks, automation rules) Knowledge of enterprise tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins Experience within ITSM Why Eficode?
