The role combines investment specialist responsibilities with investor relations, and offers clear scope for professional progression as the platform continues to scale. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliSupport capital-raising activity across secondaries sub-strategies and contribute to go-to-market execution /liliPrepare institutional-grade investor presentations, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and bespoke client materials /liliConduct market research and in-depth portfolio analysis in support of the fundraise /liliRespond to ad-hoc requests from investors, prospective clients and relationship managers /liliEngage with, and present to, institutional investors and other external-facing parties /liliLiaise closely with the investment, investment controlling, legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication /li /ulh3Candidate profile /h3ulli4–7 years' experience in investor relations , investment management, within private equity /liliStrong grounding in private markets, with direct secondaries and/or private equity exposure strongly preferred /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to sophisticated institutional investors /liliAnalytically capable, highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams to demanding fundraising timelines /liliFluency in English and German /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr ppWe are partnering with a leading global alternatives investor on a confidential search, ahead of a major Secondaries Fund fundraise.
