You will join a collaborative and international Rewards team. The team supports clients in designing and implementing competitive and compliant reward strategies, including executive compensation, equity plans, and incentive structures.
Advise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports and ensure compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulations. Collaborate with adjacent teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Working closely with colleagues across tax, legal, and advisory, you will contribute to delivering integrated solutions to multinational and local clients in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Your Impact Support in executive compensation and reward consulting projects, including the design of executive incentive programs and compensation concepts at national and global level, with related income tax assessments. Create client offers, presentations, policies and regulations, Excel simulations, and memos.
Support in business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals. Your Skill Set University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, HR or a related field. Initial experience in rewards, compensation German is highly desirable for client interaction in Switzerland.
