Your responsibilities — Customer Onboarding: Lead new clients through a structured onboarding process, from contract signature to full product adoption. — Customer Success Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, proactively managing health, engagement, and satisfaction. — Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer problems quickly, coordinating with product and engineering teams when needed. — Relationship Maintenance: Build long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and expansion. — Customer Advocacy: Collect feedback, surface insights to internal teams, and help shape the product roadmap based on real customer needs.
